We only list counters we’ve confirmed on the rental company’s own website. City branches open, move and close more often than airport ones, so check before you walk over.

What if the counter is closed when my train gets in?

City branches keep shorter hours than airport counters, and many close early at weekends. A late train can mean arriving to a locked door, and the car isn't always held until the next morning.

• Add your train number and arrival time to the booking, and tell the branch if you'll be late.
• Check the weekend and holiday hours of the exact branch before you travel.
• Arriving after closing? An airport counter is often open later. The nearest one we cover is PDX airport.
• Picking up a car someone else booked? See what the counter needs.
