About OneCall Rental

Renting a car should be simple. Too often it isn't: a booking made on one site, a change that has to go through another, a problem at the counter that nobody will own. We built OneCall Rental around one idea. You leave one number, one agent takes your case, and that agent stays with it until it's done.

What we are

We're an independent travel assistance service. We aren't a rental company or a booking site, and we don't own cars. Our job is to know how the rental companies and travel sites work, explain your options plainly, and see your request through.

What we help with

• Before you book: finding the right company, location and rate, and the documents and card you'll need.
• At pickup and during the rental: a declined card, no car at the counter, a delayed flight, a car that needs changing, an extension, a breakdown.
• After you return the car: damage claims, fuel and toll charges, deposits that don't drop off and refunds stuck between two companies.
• Visitors from abroad: licences, cards and cover for renting in the US and Canada.

Who we are

Our team includes people who've worked car-rental reservation calls, so we know how the rental companies and booking sites work from the inside: where the rules are written, who can actually change a booking, and what the counter can and can't see. We check every policy we publish on the rental company's own website and show the date we last checked it.

What we don't do

We aren't a rental company or a booking site, we don't own cars, and we never pretend to be anyone else. We don't give legal advice. We never ask for your card PIN or your banking passwords, and nothing is charged until you've agreed in writing.

Our team is based in India and works the hours our customers in the US and Canada need us: 24/7, every day of the year.
