Who we are

OneCall Rental provides independent assistance with car rental bookings in the United States and Canada. We are not a car rental company or a travel booking site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them.

What we do

We give information and guidance, compare options, and help you make, change or cancel bookings and deal with rental problems. Rental companies and booking sites make the final decisions on prices, availability, changes, refunds and charges. We can't guarantee any particular outcome.

What we don't do

We don't give legal advice, represent you in court, or handle insurance claims on your behalf. We only take payment details for a payment you've agreed to, and we never keep them. We never ask for your card PIN or your banking or account passwords, and we don't log in to your accounts for you.

Paid services

The information on this website is free. Some of our agent services are paid. Before any paid service starts, your agent tells you what it covers and its full price, and nothing is charged unless you agree. The same applies to membership: you hear the full price and what it includes before you pay anything.

Your rental agreement

Your contract is with the rental company or the site you booked through. Their terms apply to your booking, including cancellation, fuel, damage and deposit rules.
