From your gate or baggage claim follow signs to the PHX Sky Train. It is free, runs 24 hours a day every 3-5 minutes, stops at Terminals 3 and 4 and ends at the Rental Car Center.
Same - the Sky Train serves both terminals (international flights use Terminal 4 - confirm with the airline).
Good to know: The Sky Train replaced the old rental shuttle buses in December 2022. Older guides still describe buses.
