Getting there from your terminal
From a domestic terminal
Terminal 1: take the underground tram to the ramp and follow the rental car signs to the Silver Ramp, ground level.
From the international terminal
Terminal 2: walk across to the Ground Transportation Center on the ground level of the Purple Ramp, directly opposite the terminal.
Good to know: Every on-airport company has counters at both terminals, and you can return to either. Alamo and National at Terminal 1 are open 24 hours. Allow an extra 30 to 45 minutes when returning.
